Lemsip Max Day & Night Cold & Flu Relief Capsules are formulated to alleviate common cold and flu symptoms, including headaches, body aches, blocked nose, and sore throat. Suitable for adults and children over 16, these capsules offer targeted relief with separate formulations for day and night use. The day capsules contain paracetamol, caffeine, and phenylephrine hydrochloride to help you manage symptoms throughout the day. The night capsules provide effective symptom relief without the caffeine, allowing for a more restful evening. Each capsule should be swallowed whole with water, making them easy to incorporate into your recovery routine.
Ingredients
Paracetamol, Caffeine, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride, Starch, Croscarmellose Sodium, Sodium Laurilsulphate, Magnesium Stearate, Purified Talc, Gelatin, Titanium Dioxide (E171), Quinoline Yellow (E104), Patent Blue V (E131), Erythrosin (E127), Shellac, Sunset Yellow FCF (E110), Allura Red AC (E129), SULPHITES. Suitable For
For the relief of symptoms associated with colds and flu, such as headache, fever, body aches, sore throat, and nasal congestion. Specifically formulated for adults, the elderly, and adolescents aged 16 years and over.
Instruction
Dosage: Take 2 Day Capsules (Orange) every 4 to 6 hours as needed during the day. Take 2 Night Capsules (Blue) at bedtime. Do not exceed 8 capsules in total in any 24-hour period.
Usage: For oral use only. Swallow the capsules whole with water. Do not chew. Leave at least 4 hours between doses. Do not use for more than 3 days without consulting a doctor.
Warning
Contains PARACETAMOL. Do not use with other paracetamol-containing products. Seek immediate medical advice in case of overdose, even if you feel well, due to the risk of serious liver damage. Side Effects: May cause difficulty sleeping, nervousness, dizziness, headache, nausea, palpitations, increased blood pressure, or skin rash. Stop use and see a doctor immediately if you experience allergic reactions (swelling of face/tongue/throat, difficulty breathing) or signs of liver problems (yellowing of skin/eyes). Contraindications: Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredients, under 16 years of age, have severe heart, liver, or kidney disease, or uncontrolled high blood pressure. Avoid if taking MAOIs (antidepressants) or have taken them within 14 days. Consult a doctor before use if you have asthma, diabetes, glaucoma, or an enlarged prostate. Not recommended if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Day capsules contain caffeine which may cause irritability if taken with other caffeine sources.
