Storage Condition

Store unopened in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odours.
After opening, transfer the rice to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place to preserve its fragrance, prevent moisture absorption, and protect from insect infestation.

Usage Instructions

Measure the desired amount of rice. Rinse thoroughly under cold running water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch and achieve the best texture.

Cooking Instructions

Stovetop Method: Use a ratio of 1 part rice to 1.5 parts water. Combine rinsed rice and water in a pot, bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to a very low simmer. Cook for 12-15 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5-10 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving. Ensure the cooked rice is piping hot throughout (above 70°C) before consumption.
Rice Cooker Method: Follow your appliance's instructions for white rice using the rinsed rice and the recommended water ratio.
