Direction for Use
Wash your hands before unwrapping the tampon. Hold the tampon at the string end and insert gently into the vagina, angling towards the lower back. Ensure the string remains outside the body for easy removal. Change your tampon every 4 to 8 hours, and always use the lowest absorbency suitable for your flow. Dispose of used tampons and wrappers in a bin; do not flush.
